Kilgraston’s Future

Here we are one year after the school closed and there does not seem to be any certainty about Kilgraston House’s future. 

Having been marketed by Savills their website changed earlier in the year to show that the property would be put up for auction at £1.6 million. Subsequently, and before the auction date, a note was added to say that an offer had been received and it would be withdrawn from auction. 

Presumably, the prospective purchasers’ lawyers are dealing with the usual due diligence but, apart from various rumours about who might be the next owners of Kilgraston, there is no news!
