A NEW OWNER FOR KILGRASTON

At last, we know that Kilgraston has a new owner. As reported in the press (The Courier) it has been purchased for £1,730,000 by Lumara Capital Ltd.

The director of the company who spoke to the press was Mr Eitizaz. He is reported to have said that it is the company’s intention that the property will be used for “sustainable commercial and residential use by the local and wider community”. He described Kilgraston as “…a special place…”. (The Courier, 7 October 2025).

It will be interesting to see what happens next but at least the future of the “pink house” has been secured.
